Hi Nick, I have to say, the two guys who came to move us were great – they were friendly and polite, and treated our possessions with care and respect. They didn’t have the easiest properties to move the furniture in and out of, but were able to get it done, always smiling and laughing. It was a hot day, and we have some heavy furniture, but they never stopped or faltered, and got the move done quickly and efficient. So a big thank you to Colin and his helper as well. Hi Nick, my introduction to Smartexpress was through Furniture City the company I purchased my couches from. They told me they found their sevices excellent and use them often. I was called the morning of delivery as advised and a time was made which was perfect for me. The full team of 4 arrived as it was a balcony delivery. Team were all cheerful, capable and just got on with the job without any fuss. The job was carried out quickly and efficiently. They even took away all the wrappings. Thank you guys. Awesome Team !!! Recently had HUGE bookcase delivered, which didn’t fit into the room I had planned, oh dear ! The wonderful guys proceeded to remove all the books from my large lounge b/case, shifted that one into the intended room, and put the new b/case in place in my lounge for me. Fantastic service and great price! We’ve used a few different companies for our last few moves, but these guys are the best. Professional yet friendly, on time and very efficient. Excellent service from Smart Express Moving and Delivery for all my furniture and fragile belongings. The Smart Express movers carefully loaded the moving van with all my heavy items from my flat to my new house. The 2 professional movers were very efficient and were able to lower a very heavy fridge from the deck as the fridge was too heavy and tall for the stairs.
