Excellent service from Smart Express Moving and Delivery for all my furniture and fragile belongings. The Smart Express movers carefully loaded the moving van with all my heavy items from my flat to my new house. The 2 professional movers were very efficient and were able to lower a very heavy fridge from the deck as the fridge was too heavy and tall for the stairs. Dear Paul, Having purchased a new lounge suite from a reputable manufacturer, I was upset when I was given the run around with regards delivery. I subsequently emailed 4 different companies for quotes to pick up and deliver it for me on either Thursday/Friday last week. 2 didn’t even bother to respond and yours was the most prompt so when the quote wasn’t what I considered excessive I asked Devan and the guys at Smart Express to go ahead. Subsequently I advised a friend who wanted my old lounge suite to give Devan a call with the result that they removed my old suite and delivered it to her as well. I wasn’t at home when the lounge suite was delivered but my daughter says the two delivery men were polite, efficient, asked if she needed them to remove their shoes and worked while it was raining. Smart Express helped me with a display set up at my new store. They planned the move to coincide with staff arriving to unpack and assisted with the set up and took away the unwanted packaging.
