Really impressed with these guys… from first contact to the move on the day, it could not have gone smoother. The mover guys worked like machines and did an amazing job of packing our stuff into the truck – like a big jigsaw puzzle. Highly recommend to use Auckland Removals Furniture Movers. We moved a small 3 bedroom house load from storage to a residential home. Even though the truck was later than planned, we appreciated the communication to advise that they were running late. The workers were very polite, hard working, very helpful and careful with the move. The service i had moving from one apartment was well done. The guys had a hard job at the new apartment as the lift was not big enough to fit in some of the furniture so it was carried up the stairs to the 1st level. Smart Express were absolutely outstanding. I got quotes from 5 companies to deliver a large Oak book shelf, and they were the cheapest. They followed that up with absolutely professional service at both pick-up and delivery. They negotiated a time at both ends, were very friendly and accommodating. They put down rugs so as not to walk on our floors, and used equipment to ensure safe carrying. I absolutely can’t fault them at all! I highly recommend using them, and will do so myself in future.

I don’t know what I would have done if Smart Express had not come to my rescue. We were in between homes for a week and had to put house hold lot into storage while we went to a motor park. Smart Express were fast, efficient and friendly First job took 3 hours (1 man & myself). When it came time to move into the next house I used Smart Express again They took 1.5 hours second time round. It was fantastic , stress less and to budget. Used these guys for a small move between two Auckland suburbs. The time of the move was scheduled for rush hour by me, as I needed it ASAP that very day. Not surprisingly they were held up by unpredictable traffic levels for 10 minutes, but it was a nice surprise to be called at the agreed move time to let me know they were close and would be there soon. We had a local move on the North Shore and couldn’t be happier, two guys turned up on time and was very helpful in getting all our furniture moved and settling us into our new home. Any problem was sorted out, our stairwell was too tight to get our sofas up so they hoisted them up over the first floor deck. We used Smart Express to move our whole household into storage. We found them to be fast and efficient. Great service and impressively they stacked our storage according to what things we might need access to, as we were in temporary accommodation indefinitely. I was called the morning of delivery as advised and a time was made which was perfect for me. The full team of 4 arrived as it was a balcony job. Team were all cheerful, capable and got on with the job without any fuss. The job was carried out quickly and efficiently. They even took away all the wrappings. Thanks guys. Hi Nick, I have to say, the two guys who came to move us were great – they were friendly and polite, and treated our possessions with care and respect. They didn’t have the easiest properties to move the furniture in and out of, but were able to get it done, always smiling and laughing. It was a hot day, and we have some heavy furniture, but they never stopped or faltered, and got the move done quickly and efficient. So a big thank you to Colin and his helper as well. Awesome Team !!! Recently had HUGE bookcase delivered, which didn’t fit into the room I had planned, oh dear ! The wonderful guys proceeded to remove all the books from my large lounge b/case, shifted that one into the intended room, and put the new b/case in place in my lounge for me. Fantastic service and great price! We’ve used a few different companies for our last few moves, but these guys are the best. Professional yet friendly, on time and very efficient.
