Into Home Delivery
Our professional delivery teams deliver into the customers’ home to ensure a safe delivery. We offer same day and time specific deliveries at a time that suits the customers. Both our customer service and delivery teams keep in regular contact with the customer to make sure they will be home to receive the delivery.
With 40 delivery vehicles we have a wide range of delivery vans and trucks to suit any small or large job. All Smart Express delivery trucks range from 20 to 50 cubic metres. We exclusively use late model Mercedes Benz Sprinter Vans in our delivery vehicle fleet. Our delivery teams are supported by our office team of over 30 staff based in Auckland.

Assembly and Installation
Smart Express offers a full assembly and installation service as an add on for our commercial delivery service. All Smart Express delivery vehicles carry a full set of assembly tools to carryout furniture assembly.
We offer both basic and premium assembly services for:

- Outdoor Furniture
Rubbish Removal
Smart Express offers a wide range of rubbish removal services to cater to every customers needs.
- Dispose at a refuse station
- Dispose at the retail store
- Dispose at the Smart Express Warehouse
Linehaul Commercial Delivery
Smart Express operates a linehaul delivery service twice weekly between Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga. We operate a 50 cubic delivery vehicle to cater for all customers using this service. We also have dedicated line hauls available upon request.
Point to Point Delivery
This service allows customers to get their products from A to B without any interference from other deliveries. A dedicated delivery vehicle will pick up the furniture items and deliver them at a time that suits the customer. We offer this service for metro areas as well as out of town deliveries.
Bulk Runs Commercial Delivery
Bulk Runs are a cost effective method to complete retail deliveries all at once. We will pick up all deliveries from e.g. A retailer or warehouse completes the deliveries in a single delivery run to the customers. Smart Express can also coordinate delivery arrangements with the customers on your behalf if required.
