Smart Express is focused on same-day, next-day delivery at a time that suits the customer. With a range of vehicles and services. There is something to suit every move or delivery.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated team player to join the commercial customer support team.
This exciting opportunity is for a customer focused individual to join our energetic and vibrant Auckland branch in Penrose.
Experience or working knowledge of the transport industry would be advantageous.
Your primary role is to respond to our commercial customers who are requesting our delivery services. Book them into our system and confirm the details with the end customer who will be receiving the delivery.
You will also have a close relationship with our dispatch team and drivers out in the field. You would be part of a highly successful hard-working professional team of 4, who pride themselves on providing excellent customer satisfaction to all customers.
To be successful in this role you will bring a positive can-do personality, and be passionate about achieving consistent excellence with an ability to build strong relationships across a wide range of multiple departments and our customers.

This is an office-based position with office hours between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Start and finish times are flexible and are rostered amongst the team to ensure coverage during our office hours.

Strong computer literacy is valuable, with excellent attention to detail a must. But full training will be provided on our specific systems and processes. The ability to be able to quickly learn new software is important, as these will change to ensure we stay at the front of the industry.

Job 1. Customer Service Rep working Monday to Friday
Job 2. Customer Service Rep working Tuesday to Saturday
