About the Customer Service Representative role:
Customer Service Job Smart Express Auckland – Do you have brilliant ideas but no one listens? We promise we will listen. We know we are great BUT we do not doubt that with fresh eyes and your life experience, we could be even better and we want you to be a part of it. We need someone who is truly passionate about their customers. Some of our commercial customers have been with us since the beginning. We are an important part of their business and as such, we enjoy dealing with them and continually doing better.
Your primary role is to respond to our commercial customers who are requesting our delivery services. Book them into our system and confirm the details with the end customer who will be receiving the delivery.
You will also have a close relationship with our dispatch team and drivers out in the field. You would be part of a highly successful hard-working professional team of 4, who pride themselves on providing excellent customer satisfaction to all customers.
To be successful in this role you will bring a positive can-do personality, and be passionate about achieving consistent excellence with an ability to build strong relationships across a wide range of multiple departments and our customers.

Strong computer literacy is valuable, with excellent attention to detail a must. But full training will be provided on our specific systems and processes. The ability to be able to quickly learn new software is important, as these will change to ensure we stay at the front of the industry.

This is an office-based position with office hours between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Start and finish times are flexible and are rostered amongst the team to ensure coverage during our office hours.

Job 1. Customer Service Rep working Monday to Friday
Job 2. Customer Service Rep working Tuesday to Saturday
