The Smart Express Customer Service Team is growing fast!
Mateen and Ruby are both currently studying at the University of Otago! Mateen and Ruby have joined Smart Express for the busy Christmas period. They are both undergoing their customer service and sales support training. Working with Hilary and AJ who both have an abundance of Smart Express knowledge and expertise to pass on! Always lots of smiles all round in the Smart Express Auckland office.
Mateen and Ruby both have come from customer service backgrounds. They have plenty of experience working with customers, which is perfect for this role here at Smart Express Auckland’s Number One Mover.

Ruby is in her fourth year studying Dental Surgery. Ruby enjoys playing social sports, although her passion in her spare time is drawing. Before starting at Smart Express, Ruby and Mateen didn’t know each other from University, however from day 1, they are getting on brilliantly!

Mateen is a second year student studying a Bachelor of Science, Majoring in Physiology! Throughout High School, Mateen was a part of the Hockey and Robotics team that represented his school which he thoroughly enjoyed!
We’re excited to have two lovely new team members join us. We look forward to the busy Christmas period and end of year celebrations. We are very proud to have an amazing and close knit team!
