Since day 1, our motto “When Service Really Counts” has been first and foremost in everything we do. We had a focus on ensuring that we provide a service that our customers are always happy with. This had a large impact on us becoming Auckland’s Number 1 Mover.

Asking customers for their feedback whether it’s positive or negative, we need to know! We’ve all been there when you get told that your delivery will arrive between 8am and 5pm haven’t we? We know how annoying that is, and we understand that no one has enough time to waste an entire day sitting around for a delivery. So we decided to stand out from the crowd, and ensure that our deliveries were made within an hour delivery window for vans and a 2 hour window for our trucks, so you know when you need to be home and can plan your day.

We focus on letting you know what’s going on with your delivery or move! So if our drivers are stuck in traffic then we’ll let you know as we don’t like leaving our customers out of the loop! In fact, you can call us 7 days a week including after hours you we always try to answer the phone. One of our owner’s Susan says that always answering the phone has been a major key to success in becoming Auckland’s Number 1 mover.

We love providing opportunities for other aspiring entrepreneurs, and with our owner drivers we do just that! Our owner drivers are so passionate about what they do and that makes it a whole lot easier for us to make sure we have happy customers! As our drivers own their vehicles they take great pride in looking after them and growing their business. We like to say that “We’re only as good as our last move” and this is what motivated us to always provide the best service possible and strive to be Number 1.
6. Tech savvy!
From adding GPS tracking to each one of our vehicles, to carrying EFTPOS on board, we always stay up to date with what our customers need the most! If you want to know where your items are at any point in transit then we can tell you. In 2018 we introduced our instant quoting platform allowing our customers to get a quote for their delivery in under 30 seconds. The feedback on this quoting platform has been amazing!
