Such lovely people, and so efficient! Movers are always expensive, but these guys were so worth it for our walk up apartments. Thanks Allan! You deserve employee of the month! I had emailed and called 3 times to confirm the several addresses we were picking up from, and Allan was given the wrong details but was totally apologetic and lovely despite the fact it wasnt any way his fault. His 2 team members were so polite and lovely, I would personally recommend them all to everyone I know 😊

Smart express came to the rescue today after the moving company I had booked, cancelled last minute. I was able to be booked in the same day. The movers were polite, careful and so so efficient. They worked so quickly and the 3 bedroom house move was done before I knew it. I’m so pleased with the service and would definitely use smart express again.

Team Nitin was so great! We tried for about an hour getting this desk down our stairs to no avail. They came in and hoisted it over our balcony like it was a feather! Only company I could find that works on Sundays, super responsive with their time and did such a great job! Super thankful!

Our family used Smart express Tauranga to move locally. The movers Joey and Reace, were punctual and very friendly. The truck was large enough to fit the entire house contents and outdoor furniture in one load. They were professional and efficient, finishing the move under the quoted time. The hourly rate is competitive and great value. I would recommend Smart express to anyone who is looking for local movers.

Honestly the best company I have worked with. I called Smart Express at approximately 1230 hours as another company cancelled last minute. By 1545 they had arrived at my doorstep. So professional, easy to talk to, great communication from start to finish. Very funny guys who did the pick up, and made the process so easy and stress free. Other companies charge so much more (talking triple in some cases) and the service does not match the price in my previous experiences. This company has very very reasonable prices, best on the market, and their service goes above and beyond. Thank you soo much for making my day stress free, and will definitely be using you in the future and will recommend you to everyone!! Worthy of more than 5 stars

I really recommend it. Louise sent me the quote, organised and communicated everything in advance, leaving no room for surprises. John called me the day before, clarifying the last details. The next day, John and Mason were there as agreed, and they did an outstanding job, super polite and careful with the furniture and the places they passed around. Inside the truck, they put blankets between every piece of furniture. Outstanding work!

They guys did a great job, they are more expensive than the rest but they do the job properly, and are responsive. Before Smart Express another company wasted our time for 5 days before telling us they can't do the job on Sunday because they couldn't find a driver!!! Smart Express accepted the job, quoted properly, confirmed immediately, sent the guys on time and did the job properly. No incidents or even scratch on any of the furniture, really happy with the work.

Service from the movers was also friendly, courteous, a bit ahead of time, and efficient.All the people we spoke with from Smart Express were easy to talk with, friendly, knowledgeable, and had the tone of genuine care for us and our move. There was also clear and empathetic communication, and I mean that in the sense the folks at Smart Express know to keep their customers informed early and to manage expectations.The two guys who did the move were legends. They moved all our stuff quick and were strong as. One of the guys carried a tallboy by himself (one that'd normally be a two man carry) and he's just chatting away like it was nothing. The were ahead of schedule and rang early to see whether that worked for us, then text to let us know they were on their way.One notable thing: we have a large couch but had a very narrow doorway to get it through which requires a particular way to navigate the couch through. Before I could even pull up the photos of how we got it in, the guys had it through clean and were heading to the van. That really blew me away at how efficient and effective they were at their jobs.Again, phenomenal all around and we recommend 100%. We know who we'll call for our next move.Thanks, Smart Express.

Their service is probably not the cheapest one, but ought to be the nicest moving guys I've meet. Arrived a little early than scheduled, the moving guys are friendly, fast and treated my stuffs as careful as they are moving theirs.
