Smart Movers Express are by far the BEST service I have ever experienced regarding moving houses. Strongly recommend and worth the money! Gary and Fita were our movers and they were incredibly fast, organised and moved EVERY item without any trouble. We’ve had very unpleasant experiences with other movers in the past, which ultimately resulted in us paying over the intended hourly rate due to poor services. However, Gary and Fita from Smart Movers Express went above and beyond and even more! They did two moves for us, going to two different addresses all in a total of 2 hours. These two were so positive, friendly, hospitable, strong and always kindly asked where to put the items. There were no issues at all. We are 100% content and we hope these guys get a promotion! They were amazing to work with and we really appreciated their time, their positivity and for making our move stress-free! ❤️🚚📦 Thanks boys for all your hard work!

Vai, Dane and Gippy did an amazing job moving my friend's contents. They were polite and very professional but what stood out most was they went above and beyond to make the items fit into the storage space. Will definitely use again and recommend them to others.

I have given 5 star even though we waited over three hours for the truck to arrive as they were short staffed probably due to COVID. When a replacement truck was sent the two men were very professional and hard working and stayed late to get the job done. Very good service from the woman who booked us.

Great communication throughout the entire process. The movers had a tough job dealing with going up and down stairs for over 2 hours non-stop but they handled it professionally and were super easy to work with. As a result, our move went super smoothly. Highly recommended!

My son in law arranged with SmartExpress to collect his professional drum kit & deliver it to our home. Mathew texted me on collection giving me an approx time of delivery. He arrived as indicated & delivered all 6 parcels to our music room. Very professional, polite & on time. Very pleased.

We had 2 x 2 man trucks with us from 8am-4pm. I would book them all (Ngati, Sean, Si and Jack) in a heartbeat for the following reasons:1) they arrived on time and worked hard, not taking longer for the job than was necessary2) they are all very kind and friendly, and responsive to the needs I had on the day3) they trouble shooted well and got the job done to a high standard4) they were fun to have around whilst at the same time very professional5) they took great care in wrapping and stacking things well into their trucks, meaning no breakages, dents, or scratches on anything (3 houses worth!)6) value for money. I have moved a lot of times in my life, and this was by the far the speediest and hassle free move!No qualms in recommending these particular guys!Only thing to double check when getting your quote is that the trucks can get down the driveway, when full. A test was done (not by these drivers) with non full trucks, down our tricky, steep driveway and it worked- however when the trucks were full, they couldn’t make it down the driveway all the way. This was not their error, rather the bookers error. The booker did end up coming on site to trouble shoot and sort it out, so it did work out well thankfully.

Slightly higher price but a very convenient job deivering our lounge suite and transferring the old suite to its new owner. The two gentlemen who did the job were curteous and herlpful with the assembly and positioning of our furniture

They came exactly on time, were professional and showed great customer service - eg they followed my hand-drawn plan on where I wanted my furniture & dismantled/put back together my bed frame 😊

Was lucky enough to have Ben and Miami as my movers last weekend. Absolutely amazing team, who brightened my day. They were efficient and never complained even when lifting heavy furniture up my very narrow stair case. Even offered to put furniture in certain rooms for me so I wouldn’t have to move it again myself. Couldn’t have asked for better movers will highly recommend Ben and Miami to any friends looking to move in the future.

I got stood up by the original movers I had booked for a house move. Thought it was unlikely I would be able to find any movers the same morning. But I thought I would try my luck with Smart Express. I called them around 10.40am and by 11.50am they had 2 men and 40 cubic meter truck at my doorstep. They were great - very efficient and careful with our furniture etc. They saved me from a very stressful morning!

This was a move from Hamilton to Auckland. I got a few quotes for moving and they came in well better than the others. Though I was mildly hesitant considering that difference we went with them anyway. The team turned up on time but with an extra person as well, which was a big help. They got cracking straight away and didn't stop for one second. I even offered to get them coffee and said it would be ok to take 5 and drink it but they refused, said they'd get one on the drive between places and just pushed on. They packed the truck so well, like SO well. Unloaded super fast as well and there was only one small scuff on the chest freezer - all things considered that's nothing given the truck was completely full without an inch to spare. I would 100% use them again and ask for Mana, Harry & Mandeep - so good 👍!Thanks guys for an easy move.

Absolute legends. We were left in a huge bind - we had booked NZ Top Mover who didn't show up or return any calls, despite taking my deposit (trying to resolve this). His great communication and excellent customer service was greatly appreciated and took the stress out of arranging transportation.Also, a big shout out to Ben and Manu who took care of the delivery. Such lovely guys who were very professional. I really appreciated their great communication around delivery times, and they did a fantastic job of delivering my furniture - at least one piece of which was very awkward and heavy. Plus, they negotiated an awkward driveway to do so.I am very happy with the service I received from everyone concerned and couldn’t recommend Smart Express more highly.

Dan, Nitin and his team of movers at Smart Express transported my household contents 400km between cities in the North Island of New Zealand recently. At each point they made every effort to fit in with my schedule and gave timely and accurate advice and feedback regarding time-frames and costs etc. The team spirit of cooperation, congeniality and readiness to go the extra mile to ensure my needs were met was very apparent. Nothing was damaged or broken. I would not hesitate to use their service again and recommend them to others.
