Couldn’t recommend Smart Express Moving Company enough! I had such a great experience from start to finish. The guys were incredibly friendly, professional and efficient, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make the move as easy as possible for me, especially being 32 weeks pregnant. They were so careful and considerate throughout the whole move. They laid down mats and cardboard to make sure they didn’t bring dirt into the house and took so much care with everything when moving into the new place. What really stood out to me was how willing they were to go the extra mile. At the end of the move, one of the guys mentioned that I’d gone into the next half hour and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. He then unpacked my couch and moved my heavy washing machine into the laundry for me neither of which was even part of the original move! That level of care and customer service is honestly so rare. I felt really looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. If you’re looking for a moving company, definitely give Smart Express a call. Seriously so good! 🙌

I used Smart Express movers recently for delivery of a Kingsized mattress. Simran and PJ were simply excellent. They let me know their arrival ETA, and arrived on time.They explained their plan for manoeuvring up a flight of stairs, got my OK on it, then carried it out. They took all the packaging with them. They were courteous and friendly throughout. Wonderful. I thoroughly recommend them.
