We had an excellent experience with the team moving our furniture from storage in Ngatea to our home in Auckland. From the initial quote and organising the move right through to moving day, everything was handled efficiently and professionally, with clear communication throughout. The team took great care of our furniture, unwrapping and assembling it, placing everything where we wanted it, and leaving everything tidy. We really appreciated the care particularly with us organising all these from overseas. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Smart Express! Dan, Alan and the team were fantastic — professional, efficient and so easy to deal with. My moving plans changed completely, but they accommodated the new location and date without any hassle and promptly refunded the difference from my original deposit. The move itself was quick and seamless, leaving me with most of my Saturday still to enjoy. Really happy with the whole experience and would definitely use them again.
