Terms & Conditions
- Promotion valid for new moves booked with Smart Express occurring during the months of September and October 2025.
- Each customer with a move booked is entitled to one set of 20 free recycled moving boxes during the promotional period.
- If a booking is cancelled after boxes have been supplied, the customer agrees to pay Smart Express $30 within 7 days based on the invoice issued.
- All free box orders must be requested at the time of booking and a pickup date confirmed from our Auckland warehouse at 331a Neilson Street, Penrose, 1061.
