We have a great range of packing supplies if you are looking to do your own packing. Please note that all orders are available via click and collect at our Penrose warehouse 331a Neilson Street, Penrose, Auckland 1061. We do not offer delivery unless prearranged with your sales rep. We will contact you either via email or phone when your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive at our warehouse without confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

Transactions made Monday – Friday will generally be available for collection within 48 hours. If you make a purchase on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed the following Monday. A minimum purchase of $90 is required on this website. We do not provide refunds for returns on packing materials. For queries, please email storageandlogistics@smartexpress.co.nz

I recently had the Smart Express moving van guys handle the pickup of my outdoor sofa from Costco. Despite the challenges, they went above and beyond by manually delivering it up six flights of stairs when it didn't quite fit in the lift. We moved from Auckland to Whangarei and they made our move so smooth right from the outset, initial booking with Louise, Rick working assessing the amount we had to move and finally the movers, Peter, Dyce and Dylan. I just got Smart Express to pack, move and unpack my family home from one house to another. The packing team were amazingly efficient and packed everything to a high standard. The moving team were outstanding. They loaded up all boxes and furniture and loaded the truck amazingly well. The then unloaded at the other end super fast.
