Customer Care Manager
Zoya joined Smart Express six years ago, originally leading our Customer Services team. In January 2022, she transitioned into a Customer Experience–focused role, championing customer care, resolution management, process improvement, and staff training. Today, as Customer Care Manager, Zoya is dedicated to ensuring we deliver a genuine five-star experience on every move.
Outside of work, Zoya has a zest for the world and its flavours. She’s passionate about travel, exploring different cuisines, and the adrenaline of go-karting and racing tracks. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her writing, enjoying music, cooking, or spending quality time with her family.
