What is your role at Smart Express?
I work as a Moving Specialist at Smart Express, where I help clients plan and execute their moves smoothly and efficiently. My role involves everything from packing and loading to ensuring items are transported safely and delivered on time. I take pride in making each move as stress-free as possible for our customers.

How long have you been working for Smart Express?
I’ve been part of the Smart Express family for over 13 years. I spent 11 years as an Owner-Driver, gaining hands-on experience with all aspects of moving and learning how to tackle even the most challenging jobs. For the past 2.5 years, I’ve been working as a Private Sale and Moving Specialist, combining my expertise with a focus on personalised service to meet each client’s unique needs.

What’s your best memory at Smart Express?
I’ve had countless amazing memories during my 13 years at Smart Express. The team has truly become a second family to me. One of my best memories was our spring party last year. After returning from a long leave, it was heartwarming to reconnect with everyone and have a great time together.

What excites you about Smart Express?
I’m excited by the dynamic, ever-improving environment at Smart Express, which offers plenty of opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying active and spending quality time with loved ones. I enjoy playing soccer regularly, socialising with friends, and exploring the outdoors whenever I get the chance. Being in nature, whether hiking, camping, or just taking a walk, helps me recharge and stay balanced, and I love creating those memorable moments with my family.
