They were quick and careful to load and unload our furniture.We hired 2 man and van (it was surprisingly spacious) to move into our 2 room apartment.Highly recommended and would use again

Smart Express was an excellent choice for my move out of Auckland. I spoke to 3 different companies and chose Smart Express firstly because of Kyles professional approach on his visit, that followed through right to the end with the removal guys.The 3 guys that did my removal Karl, Dave and Richard were skilled at wrapping my delicate pieces of furniture. They came on time, drove a long way to my destination and unloaded efficiently without stopping until everthing was put in its place,not one piece damaged. They were sensible and courteous and I was so glad to have chosen them. Thank you so much for making my shift a smooth stress free operation.

This was the first time we have used smart express and we will definitely go to them again! Allan and Jacob were on time, very friendly and got the job done in great time! We had a narrow, steep driveway which was too narrow for the truck, meaning they would have to carry heavy items down steps and a steep driveway. They did not complain at all and were so efficient. They unpacked all of the items at our new address and were all done in under two hours. Can't fault the service at all!

Smart Express did an outstanding job from start to finish. They contacted me the night before move day to confirm arrival time and arrived bang on-the-dot on Saturday morning. The two gentleman very quickly packed my things into the truck and were careful with fragile items. They had to do some unpacking and creative re-packing at a storage unit before arriving at our destination where they unpacked very efficiently, with the job taking no more than 2-hours. Will definitely use again in future and have highly recommended to my friends. Thank you.

We were so impressed with the guys that did our removal today. Not an easy house to move out of - 3 stories with narrow stairways and hallways. The guys did a fantastic job and worked really hard to get our house moved, it didn't help that it was also a really hot day. They then drove a 2 hour trip to our new house and unpacked it all, we were tired watching them work! Really impressed and would definitely recommend Smart Express Movers - ka pai 👍👍

We requested to have our entire house packed up and taken to a storage unit. The two young gentlemen who did this were both extremely professional, very friendly and very efficient. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly for five hours. They packed all the items carefully and ensured they were all safe and kept secure during transportation. The ones we had wanted to be accessible were kept aside and placed at the front of the unit. Everything in the unit has been so brilliantly stacked to save space and maintain the safe storage of the items. We would have no hesitation in recommending you use this company and we will be ringing them to move us again in the New Year. Many thanks to you. An excellent service. Also wonderful communication with Stuart in the office when making the booking (which I changed with no problem).

Two friendly guys arrived on time with my recliner chair from Big Save, and carried it into the room, then carefully unpacked and assembled the chair, then connected to power and checked that everything worked correctly, which of course it did. They then picked up the packaging and took it back to their truck. I could not praise them enough for their very careful and professional manner. A pleasure to have them deliver my recliner chair. Much appreciated.

First time I used a moving company and was a great experience. Well worth using these guys. Made our house move so much easier. Had our 3 bedroom house moved in 4 hours. No damage, items moved carefully and they just do the job. I asked them to take everything in my garage and they just did it and fast. Even random junk and difficult to pack stuff I thought might get left all arrived at my new house! They have blankets and pack everything well!

Smart Express were amazing. The two guys packed up our whole house in no time. They were super careful with everything. They were masters at fitting everything into the truck - it was like Mary Poppins bag, they fit so much in!The next day we realised there was a mix up with the chattels and we had to pick up a fridge from our old house. I rang up that morning and a few hours later it was delivered.The staff at the office are really friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble. There is heaps of communication to confirm times etc.
