The team that moved us today I cannot rate high enough. They turned up on time and gave us plenty of notice when they were on their way, they were polite, professional and most importantly did a fantastic job.Would recommend them to anyone moving house.

Looks like I cannot give a second review lol. We used moving service with you guys and it was great! The movers Josh and Bas (not sure if I'm naming correctly) were very professional and strong. They were on time to pickup and drop the furniture from the old to new house. Highly recommend them!!

Highly recommend Smart Express/Tiger Transport. We moved our 3 bedroom house and hired 3 guys and a big truck and they were so great. Super fast at packing up the truck. And really nice friendly guys.

Awesome job Allan and Jacob!!! The company rang me 2 days before Booking day to confirm, then Allan texted me the night before to confirm the time they would come. Next morning they came on time, very fast and efficient. They even moved my piano without any extra charges. Will definitely use their service again. Thanks you guys so much!!!

Got moved out of our house into our new one in express time. The 3 guys worked flat out lifting a lot of heavy stuff non stop. Very friendly, very professional and very quick. I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Very fair rates too. Thank you heaps.

Excellent and we highly recommend.Smart Express helped us move house and every aspect of our experience with them was top notch.Customer service from the call centre was friendly and inviting with clear communication. Service from the movers was also friendly, courteous, a bit ahead of time, and efficient.All the people we spoke with from Smart Express were easy to talk with, friendly, knowledgeable, and had the tone of genuine care for us and our move. There was also clear and empathetic communication, and I mean that in the sense the folks at Smart Express know to keep their customers informed early and to manage expectations.The two guys who did the move were legends. They moved all our stuff quick and were strong as. One of the guys carried a tallboy by himself (one that'd normally be a two man carry) and he's just chatting away like it was nothing. The were ahead of schedule and rang early to see whether that worked for us, then text to let us know they were on their way.One notable thing: we have a large couch but had a very narrow doorway to get it through which requires a particular way to navigate the couch through. Before I could even pull up the photos of how we got it in, the guys had it through clean and were heading to the van. That really blew me away at how efficient and effective they were at their jobs.Again, phenomenal all around and we recommend 100%. We know who we'll call for our next move.Thanks, Smart Express.

I had a delivery from Freedom Furniture to my home by your team, Fred and Polar.I wanted to let you know that they were exceptional in their service. They were courteous, helpful and friendly. They moved two large furniture pieces efficiently and seamlessly, removed all rubbish and even straightened the floor rug!Their care and attention to detail was a delight.

Their service is probably not the cheapest one, but ought to be the nicest moving guys I've meet. Arrived a little early than scheduled, the moving guys are friendly, fast and treated my stuffs as careful as they are moving theirs. I can't complaint a thing about customer service either.In short, I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Absolutely loved these guys! The movers kept me updated in terms of their tentative arrivals and movements leading to arriving to my property to move my stuff. Matthew and Karan were amazing, they were thorough and extremely careful in moving my stuff and made the chaotic moving day an absolute breeze! Delivered oversized items on time and called ahead to give a precise delivery time (within 30 mins). Polite and professional. It was a horrendous day with weather on delivery but continued to be careful when carrying items. Great effort and service!

Quick, efficient, and friendly. Company and movers were great with communication from booking, confirmation the day before, and on the day 40mins before arrival. The movers were friendly and helpful. They were quick and careful to load and unload our furniture.We hired 2 man and van (it was surprisingly spacious) to move into our 2 room apartment.Highly recommended and would use again
