On the morning they called us to give an eta, and everything went smoothly from there.We had Joban and Harry who were friendly, had a good work ethic, and problem solved the large sofa thru the narrow entrance with ease. I recently had the Smart Express moving van guys handle the pickup of my outdoor sofa from Costco.
