We recently used Smart Express for our house move, and the experience was seamless from start to finish.

James and Tanz were outstanding on the day. They were professional, respectful, and worked quickly without compromising on care. As soon as they arrived, they inspected everything we had and assessed where it was located, then got straight to work. The way they packed the truck was extremely efficient, it was clear they really know what they’re doing.

They also went above and beyond at the new house. They helped move things around to make sure everything fit properly, assembled our bed, and made what is usually a very stressful day feel smooth and manageable. Their attitude was positive throughout, and nothing felt like too much trouble.

Jay was excellent to deal with over the phone. Communication was clear and transparent from the beginning. He explained exactly what we needed to know, outlined the costs upfront, and made the booking process straightforward and stress-free.

Overall, Smart Express delivered high-quality service at a very reasonable price. Moving house is rarely easy, but having a team like this makes a significant difference. The peace of mind alone is worth it. Could not recommended enough

James, Cody and Jelly made moving so easy! James with his tool box taking out a door and dismantling it to get through the house and then putting it all back together at the other end! They worked efficiently and like a well oiled machine. When it came to moving boxes they had no problems putting them in correct rooms for me. Very grateful for the lads and will most definitely use again
