Simply the worst moving company we have experienced in more than 10 household moves. Very poor attitude and no accountability from management. There is no standard of care. Cartons are dropped and packed upside down. Hardly anything is lifted it is scary to see your valuable household furniture dragged across the concrete driveway and the dirty floor of their truck.

Karan made our house moving so easy for us and he's so amazing good communication and made my life is so easy to be honest will recommend this guy 100 percent

K&K were amazing, they arrived on time, packed me up in a hour, unpacked at the other end even faster, and we're both lovely to talk to. I would absolutely recommend Smart Express to anyone looking for a hassle free way to move 😀

The worst moving experience we have ever had. The guys were nice enough but being on an hourly rate means there is no desire to move quickly.
We have moved in excess of 8 times and never experienced the slow and inefficient process of this team. Nor have we had the damage to furniture as we had with this move. It would appear a round concrete/tile table was rolled instead of lifted and when one of them was asked what happened they just shrugged their shoulders.
Boxes were clearly labeled with rooms but this seemed challenging for them to identify the kitchen, bathroom etc and given how long the move was taking we told them to just unload in the garage which resulted in boxes being stacked upside down. Furniture was dragged rather than lifted out of the truck.
We would not recommend these guys at all.

I had the guys do a bed swap, taking a queen bed downstairs and out to my sleepout, and the double bed from there upstairs. They were efficient and did the job expertly!!
