The team were on time, with a heads-up before arriving. Very personable and knowledgeable and very swiftly sorted what needed to go where in the truck and what needed to be dismantled. Arrived safely at my new home, unloaded in an orderly fashion, reassembled the beds, everything was placed where I had planned. Brilliant customer service from when I first made the booking through to paying on-line before the guys headed away. As with my two previous moves this has been a positive consumer experience. Would definitely use Smart Express again myself, and will certainly recommend to others.

So grateful for Dallas and Zane! To have a moving day unfold so smoothly was a huge relief, all due to their organisation, strength, and hard work. Everything exceeded expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to use Smart Express again in the future.

Third move in 3 years and promised kids last one…however, if we had Dallas and Zane again the process is made SO much easier and stress free but a promise is a promise. Got a phone call when they were 10minutes away. Dallas is so good, such a friendly nice guy showed him around all the stuff we needed help with and then he and Zane got to work leaving us to do what we were doing. They worked hard and solid for 3.5 hours not one break and still laughing and smiling. Can’t recommend Dallas enough (he’s been the constant every move) and Zane was great too and strong. Don’t look elsewhere get these guys A+++

Dallas and Zane were our moving experts. Went beyond expectations in every way we can think of. They arrived at our destination before us, set out furniture and marked boxes in their right locations making our sorting out a doddle. Needless to say we’ve found no breakages.
