Heaps thanks to the Tauranga team. Dallas & Darian were friendly and super efficient. Particularly, Dalas was very professional and well organized. He cared about every single of my items, and treating them very well as his own. Also big thanks to Annie and Wayne who helped me a lot through the entire process. Annie is super nice, professional, full of empathy and looked into every request and helped me solve all problems. Best moving experience I've ever had.

ABSOLUTE LEGENDS. Dallas and Darian, we couldn't have done this house move without you. They worked so hard and fast in the heat with great attitudes and made a stressful house move much less painful. Going above and beyond every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly. All of the company communication was incredibly professional, we felt very well looked after.

WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM!! Dallas & Zane, you went all out, friendly, fast, efficient, helpful and just kept moving!! After 5 hours they drove out of my driveway, after packing our 4 bedroom house! They were sweating, but just kept going! I am impressed! Through the move they were friendly and generous to my children as well, who just wanted to have fun and play!! I will suggest them to anyone!! YOU GUYS DID GREAT!! Thank you Smart Express, beside that, to Wayne and Annie, your communication was and still is fantastic! WELL DONE guys! Good JOB! Dallas and Luke are a credit to Smart Express. Their professionalism, their commitment and their willingness to ensure that they were careful with everything is exemplary.

The team were on time, with a heads-up before arriving. Very personable and knowledgeable and very swiftly sorted what needed to go where in the truck and what needed to be dismantled. Arrived safely at my new home, unloaded in an orderly fashion, reassembled the beds, everything was placed where I had planned. Brilliant customer service from when I first made the booking through to paying on-line before the guys headed away. As with my two previous moves this has been a positive consumer experience. Would definitely use Smart Express again myself, and will certainly recommend to others.
