I met Simran and Pankaj today, they delivered my two mattresses and bed base. They patiently helped me adjust everything and offered great advice on how best to position the bed. They worked really efficiently, were super polite, and had friendly smiles the whole time.

Booking was smooth, very professional and responsive over phone/email. On moving day, the truck got held up on a previous job, delaying our pickup by ~2 hours. Not ideal, but once I raised it with the manager, they really did their best to make it right - they sent over 2 extra workers to speed things along and also offered a discount for the inconvenience. The crew that arrived was very professional and efficient (especially quick with the disassembly/reassembly of bed frames). They were careful with all the items and everything got moved without a scratch. I really appreciated how they owned the delay and went above and beyond to fix it. Would definitely use them again!

Great friendly and efficient service

Simran and Pankaj could not have been more helpful with shifting furniture back and forwards between a house and a retirement village. They communicated thoroughly, they fixed a leg on our sofa, and they moved a bookcase that was not in the original brief. I 100% would recommend Smart Express. Many thanks.

We were very happy with the service from Sandeep's team (led by James) when moving the contents of our 5-bedroom house into storage. They were friendly and professional, arriving right on time and working steadily through the day. They handled everything carefully and wrapped our precious artworks thoroughly - we're confident that they're in good hands. The move was slightly complicated in that some furniture items were staying with the house, and there were outdoor pots scattered around the garden that had to be moved. I would advise leaving the experts to it, as our "helpfulness" led to a couple of things getting missed. We couldn't believe that the guys got all our furniture, workshop gear (including a large woodworking machine and workbench) and garden pots and equipment into one truck! We would use Smart Express again and recommend them highly.
