I had the pleasure of being helped by Navi and Pinda today, after an oversight on the booking dates they were luckily still able to fit me in today and man do they work fast! They communicated with me every step of the way and took such good of my belongings and the houses. Despite the rain and choosing a storage unit slightly smaller than what I should have, they worked around all of the challenges with a smile. They utilised the storage space to the very last inch and nothing was too difficult. Will definitely be asking for you next time when it’s time to bring it out of storage. Our team of movers were fabulous - very careful and respectful of our furniture and our new home. They were patient when trying to get the large fridge through a small gap and overall lovely men. Thank you Smart Express!

We used smart express for a longer distance move. What could have been incredibly stressful was instead made super streamline by the whole team from start to finish.
At the time of booking the details given by Jay were clear and everything was sent through quickly.

On the day, our movers, James and Navjot were friendly and professional. They assessed our house at the pick up point, took note of everything we needed to take and what had been instructed to leave behind.
There were no mix ups with items, and we were super impressed but how efficiently they packed up our items and how promptly they arrived at our new place - which was a decent drive away (about 90 mins). They were only a few minutes behind us so no waiting around. 🙂

The same with set up at our new place, James and Navjot were efficient and made sure everything was placed in the right room.

We've used a few moving companies over the last few years but this was our first time using smart express, we'll be sticking with you guys from now!
