Had a move booked for a 2 bedroom unit (mostly empty) to be transported to a storage unit. Team arrived ontime however were not willing to help move items due to “neighbours reporting them” previously, however were happy to take the items home for themselves. When they moved the couch out they damaged newly painted walls and door frames, all which were reported straight away to smart move. The total move cost me over $900 double what it cost me to move in, when it came to paying I found out they were subcontractors to smart move, not smart move themselves so was paying into a random bank account and no receipt was received or invoices. After sending through the damages I had to get these fixed due to renting the property out. Smart Express wanted a quote and jump through hoops to make the charge back process difficult to which I gave up in the end when they wanted an itemised invoice. All in all, disappointing as all the storage companies recommend them but they’re double the price of everyone else. Now they’re replying discrediting my review but I’ve check and definitely have the right company.

Lika and Kayden were exceptional in moving our new bed to our upstairs bedroom and taking the old bed to the downstairs bedroom. They were very kind and courteous. Thank you both.

From the initial phone call to the final payment, this company was a dream to work with. They were knowledgeable, kind, and upfront. The cost is a little higher than some other companies that friends have hired in the past, but that’s because of their high quality service! Yad and Tarsem were super polite, strong, and efficient! Even with a piano, the two of them made our move so quick!
