What’s your role at Smart Express?
I’m the Operations Manager at Smart Express. I oversee Dispatch, Training, the Warehouse, and our Fleet, ensuring that both residential and commercial moves run smoothly. My focus is on efficiency, consistency, and making sure every relocation is as stress-free as possible for our customers.

How long have you been with the company?
I’ve been with Smart Express for 6.5 years. During this time, I’ve seen the company grow and evolve, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to help shape our operations and guide our teams toward excellence.

What’s a fun fact about yourself?
In my 23 years of full-time work, I’ve never applied for or interviewed for a job. Everything I’ve done in my career has come through experience, reputation, and the relationships I’ve built along the way.

What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and kids, which is always a priority for me. I also love bow hunting, which gives me time to focus and enjoy nature, and I unwind by playing video games in my downtime.
