The delivery access was to an old apartment building with a small lift and stairwell. Our first attempt at delivery was unsuccessful.

The apartment building lift and staircase were too small to maneuver both large couches. We soon realised that this was not going to be just another ordinary furniture delivery service. So, we needed to come up with a plan B to get the two new couches into the third-floor apartment.

After the Smart Express furniture delivery service team completed an in-home site visit, Paul the team leader decided plan B was the right solution for this furniture delivery job. The only way for this furniture delivery to be completed was to deliver the two couches through the third-floor window.
