Business Development Manager Nick has been a major part of the Smart Express team after working alongside Devan for many years at CourierPost. Nick has held a number of key roles in his time and is a valuable part of the team with his operational and sales knowledge built up over the years.
Bay of Plenty & Waikato Customers Services Annie works in customer care as well as administrative support across all areas including private sales, commercial customers and related dispatch operations for our Tauranga and Hamilton operations. Originally from South Africa, Annie enjoys spending time outside of work with her husband and two kids.
Commercial Key Accounts Executive Lana is responsible for support and operational functions across key commercial accounts. Additionally, she has responsibilities for system support across our transport management systems and telephone platform. Lana is a knowledge machine which makes her incredibly valuable to our company.
Warehouse Manager David brings a wealth of knowledge from the house removal industry which helps improve the quality of our service for our customers. He is responsible for training our field teams as well as our primary MPI ‘Approved Person’ for container management
